Nowadays, Goverment has organise many proggrammes to make our country avoid from disease. Example, 'Journey to health step by step' and ' Round the Island on wheels' which just be held last week. So, our duty as citizens, we must join to support with what our goverment organised to created healthy country,
Besides, to make our avoid from disease, we also must always do some excercise in 20 min. It not just give healthy body to us, but we also will get an active mind.
